What to Do with Goals Galore

What to Do with Goals Galore

When is wanting everything out of life TOO much? Setting goals and going after all that you dream of and desire signifies a person who places no limits on what can be done. Once one goal is accomplished, it’s only normal to continue to the next goal. At the same time, continue to add more to your list of wants and desires.

If you stop setting goals because you have completed a few you have desired already, life becomes stagnant. Being stuck can lead to feelings of worthlessness and hopelessness. Some will argue that there is a thin line between being hedonistic (engaged in a self- indulgent pursuit of pleasure) and being success oriented.  Do you know the difference between living on
a hedonic treadmill versus climbing up the ladder of success?

Three ways to know you are on the right path to success>>>

#1 YOUR GOALS ARE PURPOSE DRIVEN

While having goals show you have a personal motive to succeed, if the goal serves a greater purpose, it is not being self- conceited. For example, even though doctors make a nice salary, you want to become a doctor to save the lives of indigent children.

#2 YOUR GOALS PLANT SEEDS OF SECURITY FOR THE FUTURE OF YOUR FAMILY

Money is not always everything, but being able to ensure your family is well taken care of is. The ability to afford life and medical insurance, college saving funds and food and shelter are essential elements to producing a fulfilling lifestyle.

#3 YOUR GOALS PROVIDE YOU THE CONFIDENCE TO CONTINUE BEING A GAME CHANGER IN YOUR COMMUNITY

True success come from thinking beyond yourself and family.  strong community to thrive in gives back a sense of value and success to a mass of people. Volunteering and giving donations to a good cause makes you feel good.

A feeling of HOPELESSNESS and WORTHLESSNESS causes symptoms of depression and creates isolation from the world. If you know someone struggling with setting goals that produce happiness and success, GINMAN CONSULTING is gladly accepting and appreciative of referrals.
